Supreme Court green lights detention of Americans

 Traitors, all.

A decision from the U.S. Supreme Court means the federal government now has an open door to “detain as a threat to national security anyone viewed as a troublemaker,” critics of the high court’s ruling said.

The high court by its own order this week refused to review an appellate-level decision that says the president and U.S. military can arrest and indefinitely detain individuals.

Officials with William J. Olson, P.C., a firm that filed an amicus brief asking the court to step in, noted that not a single justice dissented from the denial of certiorari.

“The court ducked, having no appetite to confront both political parties in order to protect the citizens from military detention,” the legal team told WND. “The government has won, creating a tragic moment for the people – and what will someday be viewed as an embarrassment for the court.”

  1. ...viewed as a troublemaker. Well, hell, there you go. THAT should take care of everything. Oh, Thoreau,,,dude you are on the list now for that piece about Civil Disobedience....oh wait, you lucky bastard, you're dead.

How many of those live oak trees do you have Brock? I know a few "trouble makers" that need to be introduced to them.

  2. Ok so that was the death camp order. So what do we do about it? A "patcon"? Maybe a strongly worded protest to one of the guys that wrote it? Carry a clever sign? Not "make waves" and wait for the next selection---I mean election? We have tried everything for 40 years Brock. We have been endlessly stupid thinking that there just HAD to be a peaceful way out from under a dictatorship. Well it's time to make a call. This is the last warning we will get before the next (and MASSIVE) Waco. You can bet that a lot of people will disappear now, and even more that we think are solid will turn out to be enemy's (oathkeepers "constitutional sheriffs" and internet "militia leaders") We have run out of TIME and this was the "green light" that the communist have waited for. What you wanna' bet that the fun is already started?---Ray

  4. I read that article earlier today and thought the anger is misplaced. Not to defend the traitorous supremes but remember that this was a suit against the 2014 NDAA. Which was passed by both the house and senate. Look at who voted for it.
"Eighty-five of 100 senators voted in favor of the new version of the NDAA, which had already been quietly passed by the House of Representatives."

    1. Walter Jones, a Ron Paul Republican, even voted for it. I guess they are scared that if they don't do so and there is another terrorist attack (which there will be regardless) they will be held responsible

    2. I'm planning to vote today and can't decide if I should vote for Jones or the Carpetbagger Boehner has sent down here to run against him. I think I'll vote for the 3rd guy that doesn't have a chance. I've supported Jones from the beginning but lately he's trying my loyalty.

    3. I hate to say vote for the lesser or two evils, but Jones is indeed better.

  6. I am proud to say that my young Rep.Justin Amash was one of the 18 Repubs voting against. Amash is a libertarian but caucuses with the Repubs much to Boehner's chagrine.

  7. The Repub establishment are trying to oust him in the primary this summer - it gets really ugly when you don't bow to them.
