Down here they just mace them.  Don't guess it ever crossed the minds of these imbeciles.

Round Rock police officers shot and killed a family dog after home’s alarm system was activated. Hope Lane tells KVUE-TV that her granddaughter forgot to shut the front door all the way after leaving for school, causing it to blow open, tripping the alarm.

  1. More proof that our LEOs are evil. My fear is that some day, some guy will go on a shooting rampage, with the mission of killing as many LEOs as possible all d/t some trigger happy POS LEO shooting the family dog. And it will be a combat vet that knows what he is doing and knows how to out-think the LEOs. As far as I am concerned, until proven otherwise all LEOs are subhuman vermin, totally devoid of any sense of morality and ethics. I don`t give a damn about their safety. If they want for me to show them respect, they have to earn it first. FOAD LEO.

      I wouldn't doubt it.

  2. Would it kill these assholes to maybe bring a sack of treats along with their Fed Funded combat kits when they show up to a call? Or are dog treats not part of the stipulations to qualify to get the funding? Man, if dogs could shoot back.. I tell you what.

    1. That would take common sense of which they evidently have none.

  3. I wonder when people will start instructing their alarm companies to call a predesignated private security firm if the alarm goes off and under no circumstances call the police. Might save a few lives.
