“No Refusal” Blood Draw Checkpoint Planned for Ohio

"No Refusal" Blood Draw Checkpoint Planned for Ohio
Controversial procedure considered a 4th amendment violation by some
A “no refusal” checkpoint where drivers will be forced to stop and potentially submit to having their blood taken on the side of the road by law enforcement authorities is planned for Clark County, Ohio tomorrow.

“Every car will be checked to ensure that drivers are not impaired. If there is sufficient probable cause to believe that a driver is operating a vehicle while impaired, law enforcement will seek a blood search warrant from a “neutral and detached magistrate,” reports ABC 22.

The time and location of the checkpoint will not be released until hours before it is set to begin.

  1. Come on, only us little people will be tested. All County and City officials get a pass. So do all the media. The Police do not want any bad press. Illegal aliens get a pass also. Obama would be mad. Yes, only us little people get violated.

    1. Those lll'ers in that AO should do a basic recon for the rest of us. I know its insulting but paste a couple lib-tard bumper stickers on and maybe a T-shirt. Talk like you're a zombie and see if you're allowed through the checkpoint without hassle. I'm confident we'll hear about those of us with molon labe and etc on their vehicles and telling the officers to go F themselves for wanting blood. After, we'll compare and contrast notes....

Good point. I believe they are going to have big problems with this ridiculous idea.

  3. What good is the Constitution if the courts ruled this legal. The rule of law is gone. Very soon it will be the rule of the gun.

  5. Take my blood, little piggy tyrant. I just got off a plane from Liberia, where I was helping out Samaritan's Purse. Does my forehead feel hot to you? Y'all got a pressure-washer in your mobile crime lab? I'm feeling a mite vomicky.

  6. Makes me wonder what the "innocent" cops in Pa had done, maybe they had participated in some such shenanagins not long before Mr Frein shot them.
Until more of us stand up more of us will be strapped down.

Well, they certainly met their match with him.

  7. They want blood to look for drugs otherwise they'd use a breathalyzer.
    Where's the ACLU on this?

Can you imagine the law suit from someone catching something permanent from this illegal endeavor? They'd own the police department...

  8. I have a suggestion, all the Molon labe and lll'ers in the state and surrounding states converge on this county, find the checkpoint and from both directions stop at the thug a thon and refuse to move and all demand a blood test and act intoxicated, the cops will piss their pants.

  9. They occasionally have these safety stop checkpoints in my area. (the cops don't have time to investigate thefts, burglaries and fraud, but they (10 or 12 of them) can sit for 4 hours at speed traps and "safety checkpoints")

I had heard they chase you down and assault you if you turn around and try to avoid it, so i rode on.
I was asked for my license, registration and insurance. The entire time I said not a word, just nodded my head when spoken to.
However, officer friendly asked how to pronounce my last name. Which is weird, because it's only four letters and there is only one possible way to pronounce it. And he was standing really close to my car window.
My thought was he was trying out a new kind of long distance breathalyzer thing. It couldn't be because they want a voice pattern recognition thing to go along with the face pattern recognition thing (on our licenses) could it? that'd be crazy. I mean, it's not like they have fusion centers that Identify local people and their goings on.

And since I have my tinfoil hat on, giving a blood sample will give THEM a sample of your DNA. What could they do with that? Plant it as evidence somewhere? I mean, it's not like the drug analysis that they do is ever wrong is it? Let's ask those people who had their trash dug through and had loose tea sampled and tested positive as drugs - and had to spend 10grand to find out what the hell was causing them to be dragged through the hell that is the INjustice system. It's not like you are targeted and they go back to FIND something that they can use against you, now that would be Orwellian.

also it gives them the satisfaction/control conditioning that your body fluids are no longer "your own" we are all now slaves to the state. This is the status quo. Got away with it this time, get away with twice as much the next.
The residents who are being told to stay in their houses, not allowed to hunt, not allowed to trick or treat, or have schools and activities canceled because a fugitive (who has shown no danger to the public at large unless you wear blue) is in the area.
    Control.
