Fire strikes refugee center Suspicious blaze leaves immigrant families without needed services By Bob Gardinier Updated 11:46 pm, Tuesday, December 2, 2014 timesunion.com/local/article/Albany-battles-fire-on-West-Lawrence-Street-5929223.php Another article:timesunion.com/local/article/Classes-to-resume-at-center-5933680.php The most revealing quote from the article, “The rooms were used to teach English to adult refugees and immigrants and help them apply for food stamps and jobs.”
Thanks and wonder how much taxpayer's money the center receives? Plus why in the world are we bringing in these? :Myanmar, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Congo, Sudan, Pakistan, Iraq, Nepal, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Eritrea.
You mean that special little deal that the State Dept. gets to do and circumvent the entire immigration law by helping the "refugees" that the UN wants to place all around the civilized world (i.e., those with lots of $$$$$$$$$$$$)
I like it - reminds me of some lovely trees there at Dixieland - it's brutal, but necessary - whether we all like it or not.
ReplyDelete:) 7 old pecan and 2 walnuts would serve quite nicely with your rope. :)
DeleteYes, that rope is all neatly stashed in my bug-out bag by the front door ;)
ReplyDeleteDon't make any air reservations around that time........:)
DeleteYou mean to NZ? ;)
ReplyDeleteYup or where ever. :)
