Out of control student slams his teacher on the floor: Teen charged

A ninth-grader at John F. Kennedy High School in Paterson was arrested Friday and charged with assaulting a teacher in a classroom.

The attack, captured on video, shows the teen slamming the 62-year-old educator to the floor in front of other students in an effort to get his cellphone back.

City school officials confirmed that criminal charges have been filed against the student, who has been suspended from school.

Someone in the classroom recorded the assault, which officials say took place at about 1 pm on Tuesday, and the video has been posted on YouTube.

  1. Unbelievable. Something like this would never have occurred twenty or thirty yrs. ago.
If I was a white teacher, I wouldn't teach this type of creature. It ain't worth it. They're
not interested in learning anything but how to shoot a gun sideways and loot. First
yr. of college there was a black woman sitting in the back of the room in the corner,
sucking her thumb. I don't know what the professor must have thought. One thing
for sure, she didn't belong in college.

  2. The military schools would be destroyed not unless there are ones for blacks.
O'Reilly reported on this and mentioned no one helped the teacher, just set
in their chairs video taping the incident. Also reported on at the same time:
