The Obama administration announced new rules on Wednesday that are meant to racially integrate America's neighborhoods but some conservatives claim are an attempt by Washington to play a heavy-handed role in creating “utopias.”

The new HUD housing rule comes on the heels of a landmark Supreme Court decision that reaffirmed the federal agency’s power to ban housing policies that hurt minorities.

The Fair Housing Act, which originally was passed in 1968 and barred racial discrimination, demanded the government end segregation.

The new rule takes this a step further and requires cities across the country to scrutinize their housing patterns for racial bias and report the results every three to five years.

Communities would also have to set and track goals to further reduce segregation.

  1. This is going to make Spike Lee very angry that more Whites are going to invade his 'hood.

  2. The solution to this, as I have been saying for years now, is to lie your ass off on every government form. Every chance you get to chack a block "race", check the "black" box. Stop saying, "none of your business". That always means, "not enough black people live near you". And since there is no objective standard for what "black" is, It's technically not even lying. On government forms, you are whatever you say you are. If you don't check it, the clerk does it for you. When you buy a house, you always get asked for race on the HUD form. Check, "black". Want to end racial gerrymandering? Or at least screw with it? Check "black" on the next census. If we can boost the number of "black in name only" parts of our population from 12% to 25%, all of these government programs become hopelessly mired in their own red tape and your neighborhood stays "safe".

  3. Followup: If you are a black person, you should also check, "black" on government forms. You didn't work your asses off to live in a nice "mostly white" neighborhood * just so that politicians could move the ghetto in next door to you.

*Riiight. We know you did it for "good schools". Good schools is a proxy for "mostly White".

  4. Gee, I wonder if Detroit, East St Louis, Baltimore, Oakland etc. will be required to 'diversify their neighbourhoods, or is it just 'whitey'?

  6. Let's start in Beverly Hills, and then Martha's Vineyard and go from there

  7. Only middle class neighborhoods will have this. Plus, Beverly Hills and martha's Vineyard do have small communities of minorities. You don't think all those people cut their own grass, serve their own food, or watch their own kids do you?

  8. Back a couple of years ago when all of our neighborhoods were riddled with foreclosures you might have noticed that some of those houses were bought
by companies from out of town and out of state who are now renting them out.
I promise you that soon there will be folks that can't afford to live in your neighborhood
living in these houses. Their rent will be subsidized and they will begin to destroy
the fabric of your neighborhood. Notice I didn't mention race. Trash is trash.
In my particular neighborhood there are a fair number of proud black homeowners.
These are folks that have worked hard and done right and are now living the American Dream. Many of them live in houses nicer than my humble abode. I don't believe they want trash, regardless of race, in the neighborhood any more than I do but it's coming.

  9. As far as I am concerned, this is not legal. If they can't afford to pay for the housing
from their own hard earned money, than they do not deserve moving into White neighborhoods
with hard working Americans. Luck of the draw for who enters. My mother had a
farm and sold d/t getting-up-there in age. She built a home in a relatively new
neighborhood. There was a Naval Officer, black , down the street. Very intelligent,
sophisticated, clean, quiet - great neighbors -they fit in. Then, awhile later, a black
football player moved in next door - a family - parties every nite, beer bottles every-
where, cars parked all over the street, loud animalistic music..They did not fit in
and were snubbed. Since 85% aren't civilized, good luck.

  11. Guys this deal goes further, or at least Obama intends for it to, than what we have discussed here. They intend a federal take over of zoning and building regs from the local governments. Once done they will restrict the ability of people to buy a piece of wood or farm land somewhere to build one house or a small sub-division. Their intent is to make all of us live in urban settings, in apartments and small houses. All of this mess, not just the housing but the gun control attempts, illegal immigration, the EPA, etc. etc. is ALL part of the New World Order. It's about total control of the worlds people except for the elites. They have built the fences and placed the bait. Now they are rounding up the last few of us before they slam the gate shut.

It is sickening to me that the first person I ever heard utter the phrase "New World Order" George H Walker Bush while he was president. CH
