    1. Probably more in Thailand, then Vietnam and Cambodia. The Philippines should have a good number, has a VA hospital and they speak much English with first run movies. I've visited Bangkok many times and Laos once, but lived in The PI for many months,(Bought my Christmas tree at the Embassy PX in 1974) Cambodia even longer, but I have about 11 years in Vietnam. The smaller cities are cheaper. I lived in Can Tho for about a year in 1993 and spent $400 a month for everything. $100 for beer, $100 for A/C, $100 for the best food and $100 for a small villa with help. Much more expensive now though. Do you get say $800 a month?
