White Privilege

  1. My mother and father lived through the "great depression". I was told stories about their experiences that would horrify the current snowflakes. And they were children of a postal worker and fireman who worked through the bad years.

    1. Interesting that many farmers who were largely self sufficient noticed little difference. The foreman of one of my Father's farms after the depression told me he got up one morning with no food in the house and a farmer told him if he worked all day he could have all the apples in one tree and mentioned how happy he was.
