Obama administration intelligence officials John Brennan and James Clapper must answer to the allegations that they blackmailed Supreme Court Justice John Roberts to get his vote for Obamacare in 2012.
Attorneys for an NSA and CIA whistleblower in D.C. circuit court are trying to see to that.
Roberts, who reportedly was investigated at one time for illegally adopting his sons, betrayed the Republican base that initially celebrated his Bush appointment when he confirmed the supposed constitutionality of Obamacare during Obama’s re-election campaign.

That makes his decision to pass Obamacare by helping the Obama attorneys understandable. He was being blackmailed, and if it's all true, he should be tried, and executed at sunrise....next to Clapper and Brennan.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely, and the fact that he changed his opinion in the middle of writing, makes this obvious Thomas was pissed off as were others.

DeleteTogether with Obama, the malignant spider at the centre of this web of infamy?
IIRC he was on board with declaring it unconstitutional and, midstream, suddenly switched - to the point where Right-leaning justices like Scalia wouldn't talk with him.
DeleteThe abruptness of the change, and the pretzel-logic of the opinion, is - shall we say - enormously suspicious.

Delete& many others.
enormously suspicious.
DeleteNot suspicious at all to me, but damning. :)
@Seneca: You could probably pay off a good portion of the national debt raffling off tickets for the chance, for each one, to be the one who pulls the gallows lever.
