The USA-made VSKA SR sports a quality barrel and trigger.
Century Arms new VSKA SR is an American-made AK, and you’ll appreciate the details that make this gun a little better than most AKs. You’ll like the price, too.
Chrome-Moly 4150 Steel Barrel
The barrel is Chrome-moly 4150 steel and is made in the USA. Amazingly, samples of these guns were tested by firing 12,000 rounds of 7.62x39mm ammo through them and they reported zero trunnion failures and the headspace remained within SAAMI specs for 7.62 ammo on every gun tested. That’s pretty cool, and a testament to the quality of steel used to make this gun.
I can build a very nice AR for $735.95
ReplyDeleteThanks and I remember reading a story about a man who made one complete each day with only hand tools and raw materials. I believe it was in Afghanistan.
DeleteIt can be done. When I was a contractor in Salerno Afghanistan my buddy and I bought 1911 GOVT model Khyber pass knockoffs from one of the locals. The two guns were identical with the same dings and worn finish. What was strange about the 1911's was that they had the same serial number.
DeleteInteresting. You ought to write individual stories and I would be glad to post them. Thanks.
DeleteI just watched a video on You Tube. The guy took a stock Type 56 AK and put two rounds each on steel targets from 100 to 500 yards. In high wind.--Ray
