No, the case was local to NC when the wonderful governor, Bev Perdue, made it a Class 1 misdemeanor to possess firearms off your property when a state of emergency had been declared by her. She was slapped down for that line of thinking. Here's a synopsis of the 2012 decision

We plan to seek legal advice, as things get better, due to the fact goverment has 'seized' our businesses. According to our Federal and NC state constiuttions that state government cannot sieze private property, unless you are a criminal, without compenssting you for it.
