ERIC HOLDER DECLARES WAR ON TENTH AMENDMENT?

 Via NC Renegade

holder
Stick your finger in my face, punk.

UPDATE: The Kansas Secretary of State has responded to Holder with a blistering rebuke. Read it here. He reams him a new one!:)

In a stunning and unprecedented letter to a sitting U.S. Governor, federal Attorney General appears to be in open violation to his oath to office.
I Eric Holder, do solemnly swear  that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God
The letter comes in response to SB102, a Kansas bill that states the following.
Any act, law, treaty, order, rule or regulation of the government of the United States which violates the second amendment to the constitution of the United States is null, void and unenforceable in the state of Kansas

  1. We think KS will lose this case and be forced to make a hard decision on whether to appeal via rifle, see http://militialaw.com/?p=408

  3. Brownback, Kobach, Moran and Roberts have told me they are committed to this. The people of Kansas are committed to this and
have relayed their support to the Govenor. The Feds will resort to economic thuggery. We will see were it goes.Everybody needs to get their "house" in order.

      Encouraging.

  4. If the other States would stand with Kansas and implement their own laws, we could and would see a massive change in fedgov policy I think.

It would take a few years and a few black eyes, but I believe it could be done. Missouri is proposing their own similar law, but the rest of the red States need to stand together.

Get the rest of the middle states into the mix and they could effectively cut the country in half.

Perhaps a Coalition of Free States!

Or they would have to invade again.
