That's a F in world history as black Africans were the ones who kidnapped/enslaved their brethren and sold to whomever was the highest bidder. Also, being sold into slavery wasn't necessarily for life.  Funny, she obviously has white blood. :)

An incoming Boston University professor who called "white college males" a "problem population" and was publicly criticized by the university's president said on Tuesday she regrets making the remarks.

Black sociology professor Saida Grundy, who completed her doctorate at the University of Michigan last year, had declared on her now-private Twitter account that "white masculinity is THE problem for America's colleges."

In other recent tweets, she said, "Deal with your white (expletive), white people. slavery is a (asterisk)YALL(asterisk) thing," and "Every MLK week I commit myself to not spending a dime in white-owned businesses. And every year I find it nearly impossible."

  1. Then perhaps she should move to Africa where she can spend all of her money there. Tell me, how does someone go to university and actually obtain a degree and still be so damn ignorant?

  2. The problem with being a racist...stupidity

Perhaps the “professors” education missed this.

Africa had a thriving slave trade long before any white man arrived to take part in it.

In some areas, such as the Muslim Caliphates of Cameroon and Northern Nigeria, up to half of the population lived in slavery. Across much of the continent, slave populations of up to 30% were not uncommon.

Seriously, we're talking about millions of people here.

When Britain took control of Nigeria in the early 1900's, they freed over 2 million slaves in that nation alone.

And it wasn't just internal slavery, either. Africa had international slave trades long before the Europeans arrived.

The Trans-Saharan slave trade - run by Africans and Arabs - brought sub-Saharan Africans across the Sahara into North Africa and the Ottoman Empire. That had been going on since as early as the 8th century... about 800 years before the Europeans ever got involved in African slavery!

The Indian Ocean slave trade, run by Muslim East Africans, sold slaves to the Middle East.

What European involvement did was to change the direction and the economics of a trade which was already thriving, and had been for centuries.

  3. Only whites have enslaved other human beings? EVERY RACE ON EARTH has held slaves since the beginning of time. And this woman is an "educator"?

  4. I suspect that her only regret is that her remarks got her into trouble and generated negatively publicity. I suspect that she still believes that white college males are a problem population.

Brock, off topic here, but what do you think of it? I have been thinking about what to call the Republican party, that is as short and descriptive as labeling the Democratic party as "The party of Evil". And I think I have it: The party of No3B. No3B is short for No Brains, Balls or Backbone. Just think of any one that is in a leadership position, they all seem to have no brains, no balls (i.e. the moral and ethical conviction to do the right and honorable thing) and backbone (to stand on principle in the face of opposition). If you like it, feel free to use it.

  6. Remember the principal of a Georgia school during a graduation ceremony
called the students back for the valedictorian speech which she temporarily
forgot and said "look who is leaving, all the black people"; will she was fired.
    How about this so-called professor.
