Julio Cesar Medrano, who also goes by the alias 'Julio Rodriguez,' is charged with sexual assault of a child, child abuse and producing child pornography.

Medrano was arrested on April 21 after a woman watched 30-second video on his phone allegedly depicting the toddler's rape.

    Earlier this year, President Donald Trump promised to seek out sexual predators and those who are participating in the human trafficking epidemic and bring them to task. However, his recent actions in the White House appear to be doing the exact opposite.

    And they wonder why we don't want these people in our communities. If ever there was a candidate for a speedy trial and a public hanging this guy is it. Better yet Trump needs to include a gibbot every few miles. Hang the scum like this and leave the rotting corpse for the buzzards.
