Senator will introduce bill that would send illegal border crossers immediately back to home country

Oklahoma’s senior senator says he has a novel way to end the controversial practice of “catch and release” on the border.

Instead of releasing illegal immigrants once they are caught trying to enter the country – and hope they show up to immigration court – Sen.  Jim Inhofe, R-Okla., proposes sending them back to their home country. That way, he said, the illegal immigrants don’t become “absorbed” in the U.S. after they fail to show up to court.

  1. This one gave me a "No Shit" moment! All these clowns representing us are just now thinking of that? My reps from Iowa vote right 99% of the time. Some of the rest ought to be up on treason charges.

  2. Served with a 'foreign area officer' major who told me about the 'embassy runs' AF planes made routinely throughout South America.

Cargo holds filled with champagne, lobster, steak, etc.

Gotta hold respectable embassy parties for the host country doncha know.

Maybe we could cut back on the embassy frills and load up some of these lads on the monthly milk runs to their home countries?

  3. War with Mexico - I'd know what we were fighting for; the
rest of the wars, I don't know. Behold, the Spirit of a
righteous war where one will be protecting their country.

I believe that should be filed under 'day dreaming', sad to say.

  4. Forget sending them back. Ship the to Puerto Rico, as forced labor, and have them rebuild the country. Bet that would cut done on the flood of illegals.

    Y'all have a nice day.
