If Kavanaugh goes down, It’s near impossible to confirm a new nominee this year

Should Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court fail because of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s allegations, a new nominee likely cannot be confirmed before the end of the year.

Recent high court nominations were processed over a 67-day span, and there is little time left to move on a confirmation in the current Congress.

Should Democrats take control of the upper chamber, there could be a vacancy on the high court for years

  1. If the dems. DON'T stop this now, and He IS confirmed to the SCOTUS IMO we will see an attempt on Trumps life by November. IMO they already have the patsy picked out and "sheep dipped". IMO the Democrats don't have half the support they think that they do. We were being sold the same "The Donald CANNOT win" "Blue Wave" BS in 2016, and by the same peddlers. This could be the last gasp for the old guard dem's. If it is, you can bet that the fear felt in the "deep state" WILL make them do something desperate. G_D help them if they miss. Because this guy isn't RR and has the patriot act in his pocket.--Ray

Hopefully the polls are skewed again.
