The White House said Monday that President Obama believes a ban on bullets commonly used with the AR-15 rifle will save police officers’ lives.
“We are looking at additional ways to protect our
brave men and women in law enforcement, and believe that this process
is valuable for that reason alone,” said White House press secretary
Josh Earnest.

Well, with the way "law enforcement" is rapidly becoming a tyrannical militarized wing, I guess they're anticipating the wrath of FREEFOR.

Good point.
ReplyDeleteWell I guess "its for the children" wasn't applicable on this case.
ReplyDelete:) Just call the police and they'll be there in seconds.......
DeleteProject Gunrunner anyone? What about the loss of Brian Terry?
ReplyDeleteMinor bumps on the road to glorious Communism! :)
Delete"No police officer has ever been shot and killed with a so-called ‘armor piercing’ bullet fired from a handgun that penetrated a vest."
ReplyDeleteA ban on .223 ammunition is a solution that has no problem.
They remind me of children throwing a temper tantrum, but unfortunately they aren't as benign.
DeleteThat's a fact. What the Government tells us, is not.
DeleteYup.
DeleteHow could we question Dear Leader's intentions? He only has our well-being in mind. "Don't run with the scissors" he proclaims. "Don't shoot the m855 in the 30 round clips" he proclaims. Lead poisoning/arterial ventilation is the only answer I say.

What will save our lives, a pointy stick? Or mabee a smooth stone?
ReplyDeleteI know what we can do! We will just sprinkle a little magic fairy dust on our attackers, and then we can all live in perfect harmony! I'll see if my wonderful wife, can find some time to whip me up a freaking skirt to wear after my nuts have been removed.
ReplyDeleteYou must be smoking or drinking some good stuff tonight..... :)
DeleteI wish;)
ReplyDelete:) My friend NAGO gave me a bottle of Remy Martin X.O Excellence, but I'm saving that for my death bed. :)
Deleteif you are intending to send your police against the general population in some scheme that the population will resist with force, then yes, pre-emptively banning the ammo will save some police lives. But then, so would not sending out your police against the populace.
ReplyDeleteBut I can't understand why. other than gun control, the Obama administration is getting everything they want by fiat and the checks and balances are totally failing. No one is raising up in arms about it.
My guess is that this is all a data collection effort. Make a grand announcement sure to inflame the right wing "clingers" and see whose heads pop up. Write down their names and addresses for later use.

DeleteI am sure they have many, but far from all.
